Okay, you bought some Stonington lobsters.
Now what do you do with them?
1. Put a couple of inches of water and a couple of teaspoons of salt in the bottom of the largest pot you have (a canning kettle is a good option.).
2. Bring the water to a rolling boil; add the lobsters (head first), cover with the lid.
3. When the pot comes to a boil again, cook the lobsters for 15-20 minutes. They will be bright red when you take them out.
